The AV department is happy to announce that the DVDs for the two-day visit of His Holiness the Dalai Lama are ready. There are two DVDs which document the three separate events at which the Dalai Lama spoke—“Bridging the Faith Divide: A Public Talk by His Holiness the Dalai Lama†presented at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) on July 17, “Building Bridges: Religious Leaders in Conversation with the Dalai Lama†a panel discussion at the Harris Theater on July 18, and a private meeting with only the members of the Theosophical Society which followed the Harris Theater panel.
Production of the DVDs has required substantial editing and technical proficiency in order to achieve a product preserving this memorable event that will continue to be a source of inspiration for years to come. The DVDs include behind-the-scenes footage and special features.
